    Description
    Bring It On is creating the next generation of skill games.

    We deliver games that people enjoy for many years while earning money by playing excellently Skill is the most exciting game industry category that enjoys rapid growth and immense opportunities.

    We have no hierarchy, and you, like the rest of the team, will be a decision-maker: analyzing, finding opportunities in the data, suggesting opportunities to increase player engagement, and improving marketing.

    Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of games to address strategic and operational business questions
    Carefully extract conclusions from the data and provide actionable recommendations to shape features, game economies, and product development
    Build automated dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators meaningfully
    Coordinate with other departments to execute live-ops and promotions
    Develop models and tools to ensure data influences decisions at all levels
    4+ years of analytical work experience in the games industry
    ~ in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field
    ~ Strong SQL capabilities and experience in querying large, complex data sets
    ~ A methodological approach to data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions
    ~ Experience with BI Visualization tools (Tableau/Looker) - must have.
    ~ Advanced knowledge in statistical tools and models (R, SAS, advanced statistical tools) - Advantage
    ~ Great communication skills – you have full professional English skills and can clearly describe data to people from all departments
