    We are committed to supporting local merchants and creators through our safe and trusted shopping platform.

    The UK Operations team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.

    Merchants sell by posting their own content, or by working with creators to post content on their behalf.

    The team is set to grow fast throughout 2024 in order to continue to deliver sales for our merchants and ensure customers have access to an ever expanding set of market leading brands.

    Lead the team to drive acquisition of SMB merchants

    • Develop/optimize acquisition channels; Bachelor's degree or above
    • 5+ years of working experience
    • Datadriven approach to business planning and decision making
    • Ability to understand operational details and prioritize projects accordingly
    • Ability to coordinate projects across multiple stakeholders
    • Fluent in English
    Experience in user growth, product management or business operation is preferred
