- Support the people team with their day to day admin tasks and Answer HR-related queries from employees courteously. Maintain HR files and documentation systematically. Additionally, coordinate training sessions and workshops effectively.
- Stay informed about employment legislation and company policies. Your role will involve assisting in policy implementation and compliance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR administration is preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
