    Line Management:

    The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the schools within the designated hub.

    To help us with this, we are looking to appoint an Operational Manager for our Colchester Hub to work closely with the Executive Headteachers, reporting directly to the Chief Finance and Operations Officer.

    The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the schools within the designated hub.

    Operational Oversight, Operational Cohesion, Financial Management, Human Resources and Site Management
    Have a certificate or diploma in School Business Management or a relevant professional qualification in financial management/HR
    Experience at Senior Operational Level in a school or education setting or in Financial Management with a track record of
    Have significantly contributed to the implementation of projects or initiatives that made a demonstrable impact.
    Proficiency in using various IT systems and software
    Happy, friendly and well-behaved pupils
    A stimulating and welcoming learning environment in a fantastic school community
    High quality continuous professional development
