    • Client Support: Offer consultative support to game developers and publishers, helping them integrate Xsolla's solutions into their games. Performance-related incentives will be provided for every successful integration.
    • Communication & Public Speaking: Represent Xsolla at industry events, conferences, and seminars, delivering compelling presentations highlighting our solutions' complete value proposition. Being comfortable with public speaking is highly desirable. Being able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience is a must.
    • Travel: Willing to travel regularly, nationally, and occasionally internationally to meet with clients, attend events, and support our global initiatives.
    • Market Insight: Provide feedback and insights to our product and engineering teams, helping shape future solutions that meet the evolving needs of game developers and the gaming community.

    • Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the gaming industry is highly desirable.
    • Communication Skills: Interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
    • Technical Acumen: While not a developer, you should understand the technical aspects of game development and integration processes to provide effective consultations.
    • Flexibility: Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours to attend industry events and meet with clients as needed.
    • Team Player: Though this role operates with a high degree of autonomy, you'll be part of a global team, requiring excellent collaboration skills.
    • Experience within an entrepreneurial environment.
    • Public speaking experience.
    • Deep understanding and love for video games.
    • Knowledge of the UK mobile and PC/Console indie gaming market.
    • Previous experience working with indie gaming studios in the UK.

Understanding the detrimental effects of burnout, we offer unlimited Flexible Time Off and 28 paid holidays each year. Personal and professional development is a cornerstone of our ethos at Xsolla. Each employee has a personalized career roadmap, developed in partnership with their manager, aligning individual and company goals. We support this growth through in-house training, independent study, conference attendance, and higher education opportunities.
