    B2B Associate Director or Director | Boutique | £70-90k

    The Company

    Growing fast They have doubled in size in the last four years. Their projects are bespoke to clients' needs, utilising both traditional and cutting-edge methods, including quantitative and qualitative approaches. From fuelling brand equity optimisation to customer journey studies, their work spans across various sectors, including media, tech, and entertainment.

    The Opportunity

    newly created role due to the significant growth as they continue to win bigger contracts and expand their global reach. As part of the strategy team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving B2B research excellence, supporting larger and more complex projects.

    As a B2B Associate Director, you'll:

    • Lead small- to mid-sized research and insights projects, with the opportunity to manage large-scale projects with support from Directors.
    • Own specific client relationships, actively developing opportunities within key accounts.
    • Coach and mentor junior researchers while ensuring projects meet key milestones and client satisfaction.
    • Deliver concise analysis and engaging presentations, lead brainstorming sessions, and execute end-to-end project management tasks.

    The Candidate

    They're looking for someone with:

    • B2B research experience, especially within an agency setting.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical methods such as segmentation and conjoint analysis.
    • Motivated, intellectually curious, and excited about driving innovation in B2B research.
    • Ability to balance multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
