Sycamore Ward is a 27 bedded inpatient unit caring for Older People.Our aim is to care for each patient's individual needs with privacy, dignity and respect in an open and honest way.
We have fantastic opportunities available for you to join our nursing team.We are looking for passionate band 5 registered nurses with excellent communication skills who understand the importance of patient care and have the ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate a care plan, recognising the specific needs of patients and relatives with compassion and empathy.
Maintaining high standards of nursing you will be a team player who enjoys an unpredictable working day with the desire to drive change.
We are an acute medical ward specialising in older people services.We have a large work force including tissue viability nurses, the palliative team and dementia care nurses that we work alongside and seek expertise and advice from on a daily basis.
