    Realise are growing and we're currently recruiting people who are passionate about developing and supporting our apprentices to fulfil their potential. We have exciting opportunities for People Professionals to join the team as an Apprenticeship Coach. If you have a vested interest in coaching and developing others, this is the perfect role as you will be guiding our Apprentices though their Intermediate and Higher-Level Apprenticeships in HR and Learning and Development.
    Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
    - Managing a caseload of apprentices through their apprenticeship journey by supporting and coaching them to achieve all aspects of their programme through to end point assessment.
    - Advise, coach and support apprentices via monthly coaching sessions that will develop their skills and behaviours within the workplace.
    - Build effective working relationships with our employers to provide guidance and advice with seeking out effective on and off the job training opportunities, that will directly support them in their role.
    - Support Apprentices who need to achieve their Functional Skills in Maths and English, by facilitating their learning using a range of resources and access to webinars delivered by subject specialists.
    - Whilst the role is predominately home based, you should expect that travel may be required at times to attend occasional meetings with learners, employers or colleagues at Realise.

    About You - Have a minimum of GCSE grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent.
    - Have occupational competency as an HR and / or Learning and Development Manager, Consultant or Business Partner.
    - A CIPD qualification at L5 level or above (desirable)
    - If you have a teaching and / or assessing, great but if you don't hold a relevant teaching qualification, we will sponsor you through the Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
    - Experience, knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices and legislation.
    - Experience and confidence in virtual/online/classroom delivery.
