    Job Description LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings Agency
    Permanent – Full Time
    A professional, motivated Lettings Negotiator Cheam area.

    The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, articulate, ambitious and must be able to demonstrate an excellent performance record within the property industry and show that they have considerable expertise at negotiating deals.

    The successful candidate should have experience in residential lettings industry and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.
    Previous lettings experience High level of customer service skills Exceptional telephone manner Well presented Ambitious and self-motivated Local knowledge of the Cheam/Sutton area preferred Full driving license
