Description
We are growing our Organisational Development Team during a period of change for the NHS Dumfries and Galloway Board.
This is a permanent role (30 hours), offering the successful candidate the opportunity to support the growing needs, and develop the service.
This role is part of a wider team including L&D, Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.This position is hybrid, with ability to work from home and office, although given the nature of the deliverables, there will be a requirement to be on-site on occasion so you must be able to travel independently.

Do you have experience of working with teams and individuals to develop their practice, a coaching and facilitation background, and ability to become a trusted advisor, supporting managers during change and, a great track record in building strong relationships with peers and senior teams, if yes then we would be delighted to receive your application.
