We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our live-in care and visiting care services. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the health and social care sector. They should possess a blend of strategic vision, business acumen, and relationship-building skills to identify new business opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and expand our client base.
This individual will play a pivotal role as a member of the Business Development Team within Trinity Homecare Group, a dynamic organisation that values dedication, drive, and resilience in its team members. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strategic outlook and possess the requisite depth of knowledge to recognise emerging trends, analyse performance, and deliver updates to the business and the SLT.
