    Description

    This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful and thriving practice located in Banbridge as a General Practice Partner.

    They are committed to delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base and fostering a friendly and supportive work environment.

    The ideal candidate will have a desire to help grow and maintain the existing profitable client base, while also possessing the necessary skills and expertise to drive the practice forward.

    Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including managing staff, client relationships, and financial performance.
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic advice and solutions to meet their accounting and business needs
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, staying abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices.
    Contribute to the financial management of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Play an active role in the recruitment and training of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

    Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in general practice management.
    Sound financial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
    Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
    A commitment to professional development and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
    Flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
