    Purovets are currently looking for a Referral Internal Medicine Clinician to join a friendly team at a large, small animal referral centre situated in a town in Northumberland that is the perfect location for combining the beauty of the Northumberland outdoors and the inner-city life of Newcastle. Ideally located close to the A19 and A1. The referral centre offers referrals in orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, neurology, internal medicine, cardiology, ECC and oncology and has excellent facilities at this state-of-the-art purpose-built hospital including a 1.5 Tesla MRI and Canon 160 Slice CT, Esaote MyLabX8 and Phillips IE33 ultrasound, ECG, fluoroscopy, flexible and rigid endoscopy, laparoscopy, arthroscopy, digital radiography and in-house laboratory. The practice comprises of a friendly team who have a strong work ethic and great teamwork. They have a large team of Veterinary Surgeons, among whom are an internal medicine diplomat, neurology diplomat and resident, all of whom hold certificates in their designated field. In addition, they have a fabulous team of qualified Veterinary Nurses, some of whom are diploma holders, and an exceptional team of Animal Care Assistants and customer care professionals. You will be responsible for managing a variety of internal medicine cases and providing attentive in-patient care. You will work alongside a closely-knit team of internal medicine professionals to investigate new referrals, manage in-patient cases, and provide ongoing care for chronic cases on a rota basis. Our client is seeking a professional with Board certification or eligibility in internal medicine, or an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Medicine. They may also consider applicants who are working towards a certificate qualification, based on their level of experience. The Rota
