    2024 Job Description – Service Department Administrator
    To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department


    • Full Off site and completed WIP management
    • To support other functions as directed by ASM
    To provide administrative support to all areas of the Aftersales department

    • Job pack preparation (inc checking SCP, Campaigns, C&D prep, GDPR check, Audi Connect status, job set to correct account, raising all DISS reports)
    • Fleet management of all loan vehicles
    • Filing and Archive management
    • To be available for other duties as directed by ASM including Host & Control support
    • To be presentable to brand standards adhering to the company dress code at all time
    • Demonstrable administration experience in a fast paced customer service environment
    Computer Literate with experience in learning new systems
