    Are you an experienced Senior Finance Manager looking for your next challenge? Are you interested in joining world-class finance team in the midst of a company wide ERP transformation programme?

    Agora Talent is delighted to be recruiting for a highly established and renowned retail brand to bring in a new Senior Finance Manager on an initial long term contract. In this business critical role, you'll be partnering extensively with the International division to ensure that their needs are being met with regards to the ERP implementation. You will be the voice of the programme, blending your experience in business partnering and ERP systems.

    The Role:

    • Represent the International business area in the design, test and implementation phases of the implementation programme.
    • Identify key impacts on process and reporting standardisation on their area and to problem solve changes to maintain standards
    • Influence and advocate key changes and the benefits for the International team
    • Lead the overall International team engagement and work with the Programme Change Management workstream
    • Identify interdependencies with other business area programmes and initiatives

    About you:

    • Experience of international retail business models, particularly B2B models such as franchise and wholesale
    • Prior experience of an ERP implementation
    • Can maintain relationships and influence key people and teams, both within and outside of finance
    • Understanding of Finance processes and reporting requirements, able identify impact on the business with a strive to improve and standardise
    • Strong problem solving skills and confidence to navigate ambiguity
    • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA would be highly advantageous
