We leverage over 30 years of bank relationships in order to offer quality pricing to our clients.Develop and manage a client base of corps, institutions and smaller banks for their Foreign Exchange.
Work with other salespersons across the Marex network to open new FX relationships and cross-sell commodities clients.
Working closely and liaising with all the internal teams supporting the FX business within EMEA and across other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding)
Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the [AFM].
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibilityTo report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
To escalate risk events immediately
To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
Excels at building relationships, networking and influencing others
Previous experience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales
Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus
Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
