MACHINE-A is a luxury independent concept store for men and women with exceptional British and international contemporary fashion design as its focus.
It is a showcase for London fashion's energy and optimism, selling only the most interesting and current collections from a blend of standout emerging and established brands.
Working as part of the sales team, you will:~ Lead by example and provide excellent customer service by building relationships with clientele
Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximise all sales opportunities
Offer clients relevant advice regarding current collections, garment care etc., Maintain an awareness of Company, Boutique and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals set
Assist store management and the stock manager with merchandising duties including daily replenishment and monthly stock check
Drive the store achieve sales and profit targets by actively contacting and proposing products to clients
Achieve individual and store sales and KPI indicators by maximizing every opportunity to make sales
Staying aware of which lines need to be strategically pushed in store
~ Replenishing stock daily and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising in store according to the manager's guidelines
~Actively take part in all training events and meetings organized by the store
~ Delivering a culture of hospitality in line with brand values at all times
~ Keep customers informed of current products, trends, and collections
~ Provide support by acting as a key holder in meeting the needs of the business in the store whenever required
4 years + retail experience preferably from a luxury retail environment
~ Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen
~ Verifiable track record of your sales achievements
