    Description

    We have a new opportunity for a Central Sales administrator to join our busy vans business.


    Here is a flavour of what you'll be doing day to day:

    • Support the sales director
    • Prepare relevant documentation to support customers with new proposals, vehicle orders and client updates
    • Other general duties to assist the directors including diary management, general communication and expense management

    To be successful in this role:

    • Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
    • Have strong administrative skills
    • Have good standard of competence in Microsoft packages, especially outlook and word.
    • Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work and have excellent organisational skills that enable you to manage a complex and varied workload.
    • Experience in developing good relationships with a range of staff and customers.
    • Experienced at managing the diaries of several senior leaders.
