    Hybrid 50% home/office based
    Group Transformationaims to be a catalyst for change, to drive innovation and operational excellence within Royal London.
    We bring together colleagues from Change, Procurement, Workplace, Rectifications, and Data Management.

    This is a key hire within our new IMO (Integrated Management Office) and as such, you will place a crucial role in shaping the function and will drive successful major change and transformational programmes/portfolio activities at a Group Level within the organisation.

    Oversee and manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects.
    Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and deliverables.
    Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
    Track and report project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
    Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods
    Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
    Expert in all areas of risk management.
    Expert level planning and scheduling skills.
    Proficient leadership, organisational, delegation and team building skills for the effective management across large business change programmes.
    Expert networking, presentation and negotiating skills.
