    Ref JM/23122 Financial Planning Assistant (Genuine route to Adviser/Planner)
    Up to £38k plus bonus and excellent benefits

    A genuine, progressive opportunity has arisen within our client, a highly regarded IFA and Investment Management practice offering Independent whole of market advice to private clients and their families, as well as to charities and businesses.

    Supporting a high achieving adviser, they are looking for a talented, ambitious IFA Administrator to provide support and fully develop their career, moving into Paraplanning and then with the support of the business becoming a trusted adviser in the business.

    This is a client-facing business and will provide excellent exposure to help with your training and progression. You will gain experience in complicated financial planning solutions and investment selection/portfolio management and research.

    Collating suitability report packs and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
    Maintaining new business and existing records on the firm's back-office system (Intelliflo Office)
    Ad-hoc tasks and projects for the wider practice team

    As an experienced Wealth Management or IFA Administrator you will have proven experience working in a wealth management or a financial services environment and will have a working knowledge of the sector.

    Experience of liaising with product/investment providers and platforms
    IT skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams) and the ability to pick up new software/programs quickly
    Good knowledge and recent experience with the Intelliflo (IO) back-office system
