    Hours:
    Saturday mornings \r

    The Role \r
    \r

    \r
    \tMeet and greet patients, families, visitors, and staff as they enter ellenor. \r
    \tProvide refreshments for patients and visitors. \r
    \tWhen possible, offer to escort patients, families, and visitors on foot to destinations. \r
    \tContact the relevant parties by internal phone as booked visitors arrive. \r
    \tBe able to answer general queries about the hospice and its services. \r
    \tEnsuring that families and visitors' concerns are appropriately directed or addressed. \r
    \tMaintain an active awareness of clients and address any concerns as necessary. \r
    \tIf you cannot fulfil your commitment, telephone the hospice as soon as possible to arrange replacement cover. \r

    Please note that all applicants must be over the age of 18, and a Standard DBS will be required. \r
