    Description
    We are currently partnering with a market leading Insurance company to recruit a Performance, Quality & Governance Analyst.

    Reporting into the Performance, Quality & Governance Director you will be providing analytics and expertise in the areas of Vendor Management, SLA reporting and regulatory Governance.

    Liaise with local and group teams to understand assigned areas and performanceDevelop reporting & SLA capabilities and manage performance metrics and reporting for assigned remitCreate or track/implement a calendar of contract renewals and track progress to completionSupport or manage a vendor governance process to drive a performance culture with 3rd parties and internally using third party governance framework and tiering system.

    Create Management Information decks and reports for governance meetings, adhering to corporate standardsSummarize, consolidate and independent; Works closely with various stakeholders across the enterprise, including Quality & Governance, Third Party Risk, Legal, Procurement, and Finance teams.

    Experience in implementing or managing governance processes related to vendors and suppliersExperience working for an insurance companyExposure to reporting & SLA development experienceKnowledge of PMO and project processesRegulatory reporting experience
