    In this role as Solution Consultant you will be joining a global team and reporting into the Manager, Solution Consulting.

    Through that experience, you have developed deep therapeutic domain knowledge and data and software acume n with the ability to demonstrate and position the value of Norstella's solutions.

    In this role you will be based in our London office with hybrid working and will require occasional travel to conferences and customer meetings.

    Support pre-sales activity such as therapeutic-specific messaging, aligning market events to emerging needs, and curating targeted insights to drive prospect engagement.

    Present Evaluate, Citeline , and customized Real-World Data solutions, through software demonstrations, therapeutic insights, and data methodologies.
    Ensure continuing client engagement during demonstrations , including the presentation of data samples and preparation of proposal decks.
    Background working within life sciences, pharmaceutical or biotech industries
    Understanding of business intelligence solutions within the pharmaceutical industry
    prioritizes building a culture that enables a high performing selling team.

    Great Communicator :

    takes complex, nuanced data concepts and presents simply through storytelling to tie use cases to successful outcomes for Norstella's clients.


    Technical Confidence :
    must communicate with a high degree of confidence while seamlessly demonstrating data analysis in software tools. Must be able to rise above 'bugs' and continue to drive value even when software doesn't meet expectations.
    25 days annual leave, 4 days for volunteering and a personal day
