    Description

    Title:
    Payroll Administrator

    A respected local business are seeking a Payroll Administrator to process a portfolio of payrolls on behalf of their high-profile clients.

    Gathering time-sensitive data from clients and inputting it into multiple payroll processing software systems.
    Calculating various statutory pay and pension contributions accurately.
    Uploading data to different auto-enrolment pension portals such as Nest, People s Pension, etc.
    Setting up and processing BACS payments from clients' bank accounts for net wages, PAYE, and other occasional payments.
    Ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements in all payroll activities and procedures.
    Conducting cross-checks on payroll calculations performed by other payroll colleague(s).
    Demonstrated track record in overseeing a payroll bureau within an accountancy practice.
    Proficient in clear and confident client communication via telephone and email.
    Comfortable with adapting to various payroll processing software, along with Microsoft Excel and Word.
    Keen attention to detail and adeptness in reviewing payroll reports and calculations.
