- Manage site construction teams within approved budget and lead health checks.
- Ensuring there us a focus on zero waste.
- Being responsible for the performance of suppliers in relation to Health and Safety.
- Ensuring full Health &Safety compliance is achieved and adhered to.
- Ensuring that the site teams are raising the relevant contractual and commercial notices in a timely manner.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction related discipline.
- Project Management experience and being able to deliver to set targets.
- Must be target/delivery driven.
- Temporary Works experience experience/qualification
- APMP or equivalent
- Experience in the water/ wastewater treatment Industry.
- Experience with CDM and Construction Health and Safety.
- Ability to motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver within time, cost and quality objectives
- Experience with delivering large scale programmes.
