After a year of non-stop work and a lifelong passion for creating a top-notch brand, we hit LAUNCH. This was when the Protein Works.TM website first went live. It's not a flashy tale, we admit. No fancy garage startups or Silicon Valley offices here. But flashiness isn't our style; we're all about innovation. We aimed to shake up the stagnant sports nutrition industry by prioritizing top-notch quality and outstanding service over just the lowest prices. We knew we were the underdogs from day one.     The Role

    TikTok Shop Channel Manager

    We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop & Content Executive. If you have a passion for translating trends into sales and crafting engaging content, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

    Your challenge

    • TikTok Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive TikTok marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and drive sales.
    • Content Creation: Develop compelling TikTok content that aligns with our brand, including product showcases, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes peeks to engage our audience.
    • Community Building: Cultivate an active TikTok community centered around our brand by engaging with comments, partnering with influencers, and participating in relevant trends.
    • Sales Optimization: Leverage TikTok's shopping features to enhance the shopping journey for our audience, increasing conversions and revenue.
    • Analytics: Regularly analyze TikTok metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness, spot trends, and tweak strategies for maximum impact.
    • Collaborations: Seek out partnerships with TikTok influencers and creators to broaden our reach and connect with our desired audience.
    • Develop and manage the TikTok content schedule to meet brand objectives.
    • Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to maintain global alignment for TikTok.
    • Participate in and host key events in the UK, utilizing these moments on TikTok to engage our community and audience.
    • Feel comfortable going live on social media and consistently creating content in line with guidelines and brand identity.
    • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure synergy across all social platforms.

    • Deep knowledge of TikTok's algorithm, trends, and features.
    • Strong creative and storytelling abilities.
    • Capability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable strategies.
