An overview of the role:

As an IoT Analytics Managing Consultant / Senior Manager, you will become a key member of our Intelligent Industry Analytics team. You will have the opportunity to work across sectors and industries, but your specific capability expertise will be in IoT. You will work with market-leading clients, applying cutting-edge technologies to solve impactful operational problems. Your expertise in IoT and consulting skills will drive bottom-line growth for our clients. The objective of IoT analytics in the industrial sector is to derive valuable insights and make informed decisions based on the data generated by these devices.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to tackle complex operational challenges head-on.

Leading data-driven projects and transformations, you'll dive deep into industrial processes related to various industries: such as the Defence Sector, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution. Your analytical skills will enable you to translate data into actionable business insights, empowering clients to enhance growth and operational efficiency.

But your role doesn't end with data analysis alone. You will play a pivotal consulting role: for example, facilitating workshops, managing workstreams, delivering impactful communications to our clients, providing recommendations on their future, providing training and support on new capabilities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you'll collaborate closely to understand their needs, address challenges, and achieve successful outcomes.

Fuelling your passion for continuous learning, you'll stay ahead of industry trends, constantly exploring advancements in IoT and Digital Twin analytics and technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our leadership initiatives and the development of innovative analytics and AI products and services. Together, we'll address sustainability challenges, combat climate change, and champion active inclusion.

As a Senior Manager in the business you'll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

• Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
• Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.
  
  

We'd love to meet someone with:

Experience in the areas of Data Analytics, Industry 4.0 solutions and Cloud. If you have some of the skills listed or possess related experience, we encourage you to apply:

• Deep experience designing and delivering real-time, industry 4.0 related data analytics solutions such as IoT analytics and Digital Twins to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge on cloud solutions architecture including AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Experience implementing Edge computing solutions and integrating them with cloud architectures.
• Knowledge of various IoT devices and sensor e.g. environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, pressure etc), image sensors, motions sensors etc. Familiar with IoT protocols - MQTT,
• Strong knowledge and application of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT platforms, Historians, SCADA, OT, cyber security etc.
• Some experience applying machine learning models with Python packages like scikit-learn, Tensor Flow or Keras world be valuable.
