    HR Administrator Greater London (E1W)

    £35,000-£38,000

    HR Recruit are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator/HR Assistant/HR Coordinator for our well-established SME in Central London. Reporting into the HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to be able to make changes and modernise the HR function. The role is an office-based role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Maintenance and upkeep of all employee records and relevant employee data.
    2. Administrate new starter and leaver journey processes.
    3. Improvement of processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of workflow.
    4. Recruitment support including placing adverts, liaising with recruiters and interview co-ordination.
    5. Co-ordinate the quarterly induction sessions at Head Office for new starters.
    6. Manage and maintain online holiday absence system (e-Days) & online employee training system (MetaCompliance).
    7. Manage and maintain all employee benefit schemes i.e. pension, private medical insurance, and death-in-service.
    8. Prepare and ongoing administrate processes for disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement plans, and probation.
    9. Administrate all maternity and paternity periods of leave including maternity risk assessments.
    10. Assisting the HR Manager with Wellbeing initiatives.
    11. Preparation and administration of the monthly HR Payroll instructions and checks for the HR Manager and Payroll Manager.

    Person Specification:

    At least 2 years HR Administration experience

    Excellent organisation and IT skills

    MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel

    Accuracy and methodical way of thinking

    Keen attention to detail

    Hands-on and flexible approach

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Positivity and solution-focused attitude

    Ability to work on own initiative but also to engage with the team as needed especially with regards to payroll

    The role is 40 hours and is an on-site role.

    The role would suit an experienced HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or HR Coordinator. You must have prior HR experience to be considered for the role.

    The company is expanding, and so this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful organisation. In return, you will receive a salary of between £35,000-£38,000 (depending on experience).
