Service Lead (Data & Tech) About Signal

Reporting to one of our Service Leads, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and campaign management with a major FS client, helping us build on Signal's reputation for exemplary campaign and service delivery.

As part of a busy Client team, you will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently (Email, SMS, Web, DM and Video) and have a knack for building relationships and forging strong connections with your day-to day contacts.

We will provide training on our systems and tools, but you will need to get stuck into campaign delivery and build fantastic relationships with the client.

Experience in working in data driven, direct marketing is a must. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client
Working with developers to find solutions and build data specifications in line with the brief
Managing campaign delivery to agreed quality, cost and profitability standards
Have proven experience in bringing data and content together to deliver multi-channel campaigns that deliver great customer experience
Have proven experience of working with cross functional teams including technical developers and overall stakeholder management
Have strong commercial acumen to monitor and optimise project contribution
Have experience of managing and mitigating risks and issue resolution
