This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Salary: 24-26k - depending on candidate experienceFull Time, Permanent role - with hybrid working (2 days from home) upon completion of successful probation period
Act as the main point of contact for client, effectively managing their expectations and delivering outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute strategic account plan.
Monitor and analyse client performance, providing regular reports and insights to support decision-making and drive improvement.
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities, staying ahead in the industry.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as account management or sales.
Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
