- Develop and manage strong relationships with a large number of clients to understand their needs and challenges
- Be the main point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams
- Take on new accounts, onboard and adopt processes, increasing product usage within their organisations
- Empower and work with clients to align their goals and challenges with the company's solutions
- Lead online Webinars and demos to educate clients on product features and best practices
- Work proactively to ensure clients know the full potential of the company and seek opportunities to optimize usage
- Implement strategies to reduce churn and identify at risk clients
- Develop retention plans
- 3 years + experience in Sales & Success
- Experience working for an international SaaS, Web or Tech company
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivated
