    Description

    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking a semi skilled fabricator to join our team.

    This is a critical role in our manufacturing process by ensuring the smooth finishing of metal components, ensuring all holes are drilled cleanly and correctly placed.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engineering.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Grinding and Polishing: Use hand and power tools to grind, smooth, and polish metal surfaces to the desired finish.
    • Deburring: Remove rough edges, burrs, and other imperfections from metal parts to ensure quality and functionality.
    • Surface Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of finished components to identify any defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments.
    • Quality Control: Work closely with the production team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency in finished products.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Previous experience as a Metal Fettler/Fabricator or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
    • Metalworking Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools for grinding, polishing, and deburring metal surfaces.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve precise finishes according to specifications.
    • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols and guidelines.
    If you have spray painting expereince as well, this will be an advantage
