    Description
    Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Care Manager to join our Rhondda team, based in Tonypandy.

    As a Care Manager you will be required to schedule and allocate work to a team of Care Workers on a daily / weekly basis.

    You will be providing supervision and support to Care Workers and Field Supervisors.

    The role will involve liaising with Social Services and all other social and health care professionals involved in the care of service users.

    The role will also involve performing duties of a Care Worker when required and participate in the out of hours on-call service, which is 1 in every 3 weekends.

    Mileage allowance for cars and bikes
    NEST pension (with contributions from Radis)

    Paid Travel Time (in-between care visits)
    Minimum 28 Days annual leave for full time contracts

    You will have experience providing care and support services to vulnerable adults and committed to setting and maintaining high standards in every area of work.

    The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

    You will have the ability to set and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of work.

    A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
