    Description
    De product expert Niet-Leven is verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van contracten en beheert de dossiers binnen zijn productengroep van A tot Z.
    Curalia, opgericht in 1968 om het aanvullend pensioen te beheren in het kader van het RIZIV-statuut, is uitgegroeid in de niche van de medische en paramedische beroepen tot een belangrijke speler: meer dan13.000 geconventioneerde zorgverleners doen hun aanvraag naar het RIZIV via Curalia. De dienstverlening werd in de loop der jaren uitgebreid: aanvullend pensioen, groepsverzekering, pensioensparen, levensverzekering ... als verzekeraar, beroepsaansprakelijkheid, brand, auto, hospitalisatie... als makelaar.
    Als verzekeraar beheert Curalia een beleggingsportefeuille van ca. 700 mil EUR.

    De product expert Niet-Leven is verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van contracten en beheert de dossiers binnen zijn productengroep van A tot Z.
    Opmaken van complexe offertes binnen de productgroep
    Onderschrijven van contracten en opmaken van bijvoegsels
    Nauw samenwerken met de consulenten die bij de klanten langsgaan
    Naleven van procedures inzake interne controle, privacy en compliance
    Uitbouwen van de klantenrelatie door het beantwoorden van complexe, technische vragen
    Adviseren van bijkomende verzekeringen (crosselling) aan bestaande leden
    Draagt bij aan de verbetering van bestaande en/of nieuwe producten
    Sociaal contact op verschillende niveaus door:
    Externe interactie met:
    ~ klanten / verzekerden

    Interne interactie met:
    Bachelor / verzekeringstechnische richting
    Kennis verzekeringen niet-leven
    Tweetalig: Frans met kennis van het Nederlands
    Ervaring : minimum 10 jaar (voorkeur makelaar)
    Certificaat PCP
    Reageert correct en adequaat op vragen van klanten
    Werkt samen met de klant om een goede oplossing te vinden of het gepaste product aan te bieden
    Werkt aan de langetermijnrelatie. Anticipeert op de onderliggende en eventueel toekomstige wensen en noden van de klant
    Werkt nauwkeurig en ordelijk
    Is kritisch ingesteld en beperkt kwaliteitsverlies
    Zorgt voor volledigheid van dossiers
    Communicatief:
    Drukt zich duidelijk, correct en begrijpelijk uit
    Past communicatie aan de klant
    Zoekt relevantie informatie bij elkaar voor de opstelling van een correct dossier
    Analyseert en beoordeelt informatie, onafhankelijk van anderen.
    Hanteert redelijke criteria bij het beoordelen van de probleemstelling
    Gaat correct om met vertrouwelijke informatie
    Is correct en objectief m.b.t. resultaten en beoordelingen
    Werkt volgens regels en procedures
    Blijft effectief en efficiënt handelen in stressvolle of kritische situaties
    Toont zich zelfzeker, geeft blijk van innerlijke controle en relativeringsvermogen
    Heeft aandacht voor de noden van het Team en Teamleden
    Is flexibel en kan zijn werkkracht ter beschikking stellen aan collega's als back-up voor hun domein, telkens wanneer dit globaal noodzakelijk is
