- Develop and communicate a strategic people agenda for the London studio.
- Partner with senior management and key stakeholders to provide insightful analysis and recommendations for their respective departments.
- Empower line managers to take ownership of performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation by maintaining up-to-date policies and processes.
- Establish efficient administration, processes, and reporting systems to enhance business operations.
- Drive a visible and measurable people programme focused on continuous improvement.
- Implement a comprehensive performance management programme including reviews, performance plans and training initiatives.
- Develop talent maps, identify skill gaps, and create succession plans to nurture talent pipeline.
- Define clear career paths and progression expectations for employees.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Enhance processes and policies within the London Studio to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resolve employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on global mobility and visas ensuring compliance and seamless transitions for employees.
- Drive change management initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Build trust with senior leaders, offering support and guidance to improve team performance.
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of employment law and its application in business contexts.
- Previous experience in a creative industry is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
