    Job Title: People Director at Dext

    About the Company: Dext is the world's top provider of accounting automation and spend management software, offering businesses real-time control over finances and empowering accountants with efficiency in handling complex financial data.

    We are now searching for a People Director to join our Global People function. This role is key in leading the People Partnering team, driving HR processes, managing employee aspects, and implementing changes as the company grows.

    The Role - What You'll Do as Our People Director:

    • Manage, mentor, and coach the global People Partnership team
    • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders to implement change management processes
    • Support global People Partners to ensure values-driven guiding principles in ER and performance management
    • Collaborate with Talent, People Operations, and L&D leaders for consistent delivery of people-related initiatives

    Requirements for You:

    • Prior experience leading and coaching People Partners/HRBP team
    • Global team management experience
    • Knowledge of UK employment law and international perspectives
    • Experience in the Tech industry, particularly in scale-up organizations
    • Ability to implement HR policies for organizational success
    • Influential communication skills and stakeholder management
    • Resilience, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
    • Integrity, values-led approach, and credibility
