    Description

    Responsible for the management and delivery of tendered projects from initial prequalification through to handover to the delivery team, this includes programme and estimation reviews, risk compilation, leading liaison for the client throughout the tender process, this role also encompasses evaluating feasibility studies, developing bid proposals from draft to submission, providing real time cost solutions and programme narrative.

    Establish winning strategies and written plans for quality led bids.
    Effective management, capable of controlling projects with tender values of up to £1+ billion.

    Close commercial and design liaison, working alongside and managing the design, estimating and production teams, combined with input into the overall management of the project.

    Create detailed documents to convey method of construction to the client.
    Technically review pre-contract documents.
    Be fully conversant with all construction related policies and directives from health and safety to CDM
    Lead and contribute to project co-ordination meetings
    Contribute to the planning of activities through development of the programme
    Degree / HND in Civil Engineering/Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying
    Knowledge of Project Procedures.
    IT literacy – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
    Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and construction documents.
