    Premier Community is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Registered Manager.

    We can offer our Registered Manager the resources, work-life balance and training to achieve outstanding care delivery.

    This opportunity is a permanent role, working on a full-time basis with a 9 to 5 pattern. However there will be a mix of remote working and days at your CQC registered location. Evaluation of the service's goals and quality objectives
    To provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing staff and people management functions of the service
    To maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the Registered Provider, within the financial budget or other parameters set by the Provider
    Induct new starters in accordance with the service's policy
    Oversee the implementation of the service's policies and procedures
    Develop staff to their full potential ensuring succession planning for the service

Working towards or having a level 5 diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
    Experience of working in Home Care
    Experience in CQC inspections
    Good digital skills or experience in deploying digital care planning
    Values that match our own, empathy and emotional intelligence
    A natural net-worker across internal and external partnerships
