    IT Infrastructure & Security Administrator

    Dependent on experience

    The Role

    The successful candidate will look after all our IT and telephony systems. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is enthusiastic about developing a career in IT within our business. The candidates principal place of work will be at our offices which are based in Crowborough, East Sussex.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Management of the company's IT Infrastructure, including servers, network hardware, cloud based services, external connectivity and cyber security services
    • 1 st and 2 nd line support for all users
    • Procurement and strategic planning for the company's IT Infrastructure
    • Administration of telephony services

    The Person

    The ideal candidate will need to be self-motivated, confident, have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and consistently produce high quality work. They should be able to work independently but also be part of a team and enjoy a challenge.

    Must have:

    • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or similar Microsoft certification
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems for desktops and servers
    • Knowledge of network management solutions
    • Experience in helpdesk software and reporting
    • Knowledge of physical network technologies including management of switching, routing and wireless networks.
    • Knowledge of Cyber Essentials

    The Package

    • 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
