    Description

We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead the marketing venture for one of the State's leading multi-disciplinary practices. The studio is renowned for its diversity and ground-breaking projects. You will be leading strategic marketing discussions and collaborate closely with the senior management team to drive business development initiatives forward.     Job description

    • Collaborate with marketers and senior studio members to lead the coordination, production and scheduling of materials while focusing on RFQ/P responses and interview presentation preparation.
    • Guide kickoff meetings with project leadership to establish strategies for pursuit deliverables.
    • Play a role in maintaining resources and systems, including CRM, SharePoint library and OpenAsset digital asset management.
    • Articulate the brand effectively through the tailored development of visual and written content, showcasing industry understanding and a commitment to design excellence.
    • Craft compelling narratives that effectively convey the studio's story, fostering successful project and process outcomes.
    • Coordinate with team members, consultants and stakeholders to identify key differentiators for assigned projects and prepares materials for various events and opportunities

    Key skills

    • Experience within the AEC industry required
    • Advanced proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint is a must.
    • Demonstrates excellence in relationship building, interpersonal skills, and collaboration.
    • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
    • Prefer experience in Aviation, Interiors or Data Centres, but not essential.
