    Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Luxury Womenswear Fashion - Melbourne, AUSRelocate to Australia and spearhead the finance strategy for this rapidly growing luxury fashion house

    The Business:

    sleek minimalism, innovatory detailing, and flawless execution.

    Designed in Australia, the collections are now available in over 20 countries around the world, online and at its flagship boutiques in Melbourne, Sydney and New York with expansion on the horizon.


    The Role:


    Our client is currently in a phase of growth and is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive sustainable expansion across multiple international markets.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the financial and accounting function, partnering with the CEO to reach the business's growth ambitions.

    Relocation and visa support is offered, and this role is based on site, in the head office in Melbourne.


    Your Skills:
    Minimum of eight years' experience in Accounting, three years as GM or CFO in the fashion or luxury consumer goods sectors with a label that has a global reachExceptionally trustworthy with a second to none sense of integrityExceptional financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and control to obtain the best outcome with a minimum cost impactExpertise in fast-growing businesses to ensure the sustainability of growthUnderstanding of international accountingSound understanding of the fashion industry & garment manufacturingHigh attention to detailUpbeat, driven leaderStrong analytical and organisational skillsEducation:BA degree in Accounting, Commerce or FinanceCPA preferredMBA PreferredReady to shape the future of fashion finance?
