- Liaise with other business functions such as technical, sales and administration to ensure a seamless customer service.
- Participate in relevant sales and marketing events to promote the business and its portfolio of products.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with suppliers and key individuals within the industry.
- Keep abreast of developments regarding IT services / cyber security.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on agreed KPIs including sales targets and projections and the forecasting of revenue from CRM pipeline.
- Conduct all communications through the existing CRM system.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience within a proactive sales account manager role with a proven and successful track record.
- Proven experience of acquiring and nurturing customers whilst achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
- Technically minded and computer/systems high level of competence.
- Ability to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure.
- Excellent planning, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- People person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network and build strong working relationships with senior level staff.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-sufficient.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Highly competent in MS Office to include excel, word and PowerPoint as well as being technically proficient in IT products with strong general systems knowledge.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Location Omagh (onsite)
Scope of Role
Working closely with the Sales Director, the Sales Account Manager is a pivotal commercial role within the business that will make a significant contribution to the continued growth of the Company.
The postholder will drive existing customer business growth whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
