- Contribute to the development and roll out of our Total Rewards strategy to drive Company's success.
- Supporting the annual compensation review process, creating pay review files and supporting with data input.
- Submit all data for salary surveys and bench-marking including collection and analysis of salary survey and benchmark data.
- Provide data for reporting (Board, HR and shareholders) Gender Pay Gap submission, shareholder audits and other people data requests.
- Support and provide pay data models for annual pay review budgets.
- Acting as a part of a 'center of expertise' and being a 'subject matter expert' providing advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the business on reward policy and salary data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to communicate with senior stakeholder management.
- Extremely proficient in Excel (fluent with building formula driven models and advanced use of Excel)
- Experience with job evaluation and salary bench-marking.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate if and where issues are identified.
- A strong passion for data analytics and working with numbers.
- Several years of experience in a reward's or financial analytical role.
- Passion to learn and grow within the field of Rewards and HR.

Rank's Rewards Team is continuously looking at improving the analytics and market research delivery within an exciting innovative environment.
As the Rewards Analyst, you'll be the bridge between our business stakeholders and the People & Culture team to support the need for accurate and swift analytics.
You will also be supporting the Rewards Manager with data analytics for multiple reporting requirements and will be involved in exciting projects that are designed to move Rank forward in our journey of growth.
