    Klarent Hospitality are recruiting for a Spa Manager.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall operation of the Spa Department leading the Spa Team to ensure the delivery an overall exceptional customer experience for spa guests.

    The Role:

    • Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue and achieve sales targets, including promoting spa packages, retail products, and membership programs.
    • Managing bookings and the system to yield and maximise treatment revenue.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa facility.
    • Responsible for managing, supporting and motivating the Spa Team to deliver a memorable guest experienc

    Does the below sound like you?

    • Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa, wellness or hospitality industry.
    • Sound knowledge of spa treatments, techniques and products.
    • Positive Attitude and good communication skills.
    • Abilitiy to work under pressure.
    • Competent leave of IT proficiency.
