- You will provide mentorship, leadership and excellent management to the onsite team including Retail Liaison Manager, Administrator and Operations Manager.
- You will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels including the local community, brand partners, occupiers and the client.
- You will lead and manage the scheme through a multi-million pound redevelopment.
- You can make the team, role and asset your own with a wholescale rebrand and significant redevelopment.
- You will work with exceptional mentors and have the opportunity to learn and grow with the business.
- You will work in a quirky and unique boutique environment with assets which are the jewel in the crown for the fund manager.
- Have centre management experience.
- Have exceptional management skills and have proven experience empowering and inspiring small teams of direct and indirect employees.
- Will be a confident individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have some redevelopment experience.
- Have experience in the management of listed buildings.
