    This role is suitable for any Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in an environment that constantly motivates you, allows you to be a decision maker, and wants to develop and be challenged within the PBSA sector.

    They throw social events for staff and also look after their mental health. They have nominations with top London Universities and have 3500+ beds in their portfolio however, they're not stopping there.

    Managing the facilities, PPM, RM and Lifecycle of the building, to ensure Customer & Property Management objectives and KPI targets are met.

    ~ Supporting the achievement of 100% compliance in Audit.

    ~ Support Maintenance Managers to identify training needs of Maintenance team and address any developmental areas.

    ~ Support Maintenance Operatives with maintenance tasks and develop colleagues practical and technical skill.


    Well, you need to have sound property knowledge with an ability to use your initiative when dealing with maintenance issues.
