    Commercial Services Group is seeking a seasoned Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our Landscape Services brand in Tonbridge.

    The Contracts Manager is an integral part of the management structure at Landscape Services, responsible for overseeing both the services delivered for our customers, and the wellbeing and requirements of our staff.

    They are expected to organise and oversee the programmed maintenance of all the works within their geographical area, including schools, parishes, roundabouts, highways, waste sites and ad-hoc works - all to contractual specification.

    25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

    ~ Preparing monthly management reports plus attending customer and site meetings.
    Price and supply quotations for ad-hoc works.
    Liaising with customers daily and resolve any concerns, difficulties, or issues, and recording progress on our CRM system.
    Planning and programming work schedules via COMMS 360, as well as leading the way with all digital processes and software, providing support and guidance to the teams
    Minimum 5 years experience in a contract management position preferably in grounds maintenance.
    Proficient understanding of contract agreements, and risk management.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior managers and stakeholders.
    Full clean driving license
