    Description

    We are 4Com; an award winning, market leading telecoms company that are currently going through an exciting period of growth.

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Network Sales team. This team is responsible for converting a selection of new leads generated by our own marketing activity into HiHi rentals agreements, extending the contracts of those rentals customers who are coming towards the end of their current term and the upgrading of legacy analogue products into future-proof digital alternatives.

    As Network Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading the team to ensure high performance is always achieved in addition to identifying relevant sale opportunities, developing existing and new processes, and analysing data for maintaining best revenue return whilst minimising churn.

  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team.

  • What would I be doing as a Network Sales Manager at 4Com?

  • Ensure your sales team are well trained and always briefed in their task, including performance management to ensure optimal conversion rates.
  • Providing regular performance reviews and training for the team within both a group setting and on an individual basis.
  • Using scripts, structures, and systems in place to ensure you and your team actively engage with senior decision makers and key contacts to pitch our products and services with the aim of closing them.
  • Be able to explain and analyse team data to optimise individual/team performance and exploit sales opportunities.
  • Report team performance and general feedback to the Group Board on a regular basis.
