    Customer Service Admin Advisors9 month temporary roles£14.02FULL TIME hpw We are currently recruiting for full time Customer Service/Admin professionals. This role will be a hybrid role with a mixture of home working and office based. The role will be starting end of May 2024.


    The role:


    Managing Customer billing workflowDealing with inbound calls with some outbound callsSpeaking with customers to book appointments for smart metersAnswering customer emailsAdmin duties - sending out confirmationsUpdating databases and general admin tasksProviding excellent customer service at all timesThe ideal candidate:Will have telephone customer service experienceWill be organised and accurate with good admin skillsPrevious experience in call centre environmentsSuperb customer services & communication skillsGood IT skills (especially Excel)Personable and engagingProblem Solving Skills"Treating Customers Fairly"Will have the desire to offer excellent customer service at all timesNo sales experience required however experience in handling customers over different platforms (emails, calls etc) is essentialAPPLY NOW OR CALL LYNSEY FOR MORE INFOPlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person's gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
