Description
Third Party Management Office - Analyst Third Parties are separate entities that provide goods or services to CLS under contractual arrangements or other business relationships.
To manage these risks, the Third Party Management (TPM) discipline is employed for the procurement of, and management of risks, relating to services provided to CLS by Third Parties.
CLS's Third Party Management Office (TPMO) team is the operational function involved in the end to end process of Third Party Management and is responsible for maintaining controls; systems; documentation; governance and reporting.
Job purpose - major duties and responsibilities of the jobCLS are establishing an improved TPM process in order to respond to, and adhere to, new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives enabling CLS to effectively assess and manage the risk introduced by engaging with third parties during the course of executing business activities.
The selected Analysts will provide operational support within the TPM process.Responsibilities include the following:
Complete Third Party Management activities, such as completing risk assessments and due diligence activities in line with the TPM Policy and ProcedureAct as a liaison between various stakeholders within the business, gathering and interpreting complex informationAssess, challenge and provide feedback on the information received from the business stakeholdersIdentify service and vendor risk through remediation and communicate mitigation/remediation activitiesEnsure all approvals, escalations, and reporting is conducted as requiredProvide support in the implementation and execution of updates to the TPM Policy, Procedures and other documentsEnsure that issues are proactively raised to line managerKnowledge, skills and abilities - competencies required for successful job performanceStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skills to engage with large number of stakeholdersAbility to approach problems analytically and confidently drive tasks through to completionIntermediate ability with MS Office Suite, including ExcelWhilst Third Party Management experience would be beneficial, it's not mandatory as full training will be providedDegree educated, or equivalent work experience preferred
